if you have no open scholarships,  m thinking  there are some circumstances where you get to carry over 100% of your recruiting funds to the next season.   i know it would normally be 25%, but im thinking when ou have no schollies you get to carry over 100%.

is that right?

if so,  does it matter if you do a little recruiting such as sending out a few letters etc to see if there might be a decent player who would be an upgrade over a kid on your roster (who you would then cut)?

for some reason im thinking if you do any recruiting effort at all it goes back to the 25% carryover rule... but not sure

You get to carry over 100% of it. If you want to spend money on anything you'll still keep 100% of what you have left after the spending.

It'll only go to 25% carryover if you cut someone. No one will consider you unless you have an open roster spot.
