I've just arrived here from GD and need a little advice re potentials. Searched the forum looking for clues as to what coaches feedback means what to potential. Can one of you point me in the right direction of where to find it? Things like

 It's like he's never been taught basic defensive fundamentals - I really think we could see massive improvement by his Senior year.

those are the messages for the 2 different types of high potential. There is also 2 types of low and an average. If you use FSS (and you should) you will know which are high low or average by color, but not if it is low high or high high. If you don't use FSS, and the response isn't one of the 2 on that chart, then it isn't high potential. It is usually easy enough to tell average from either of the lows however. Good Luck.
