DIII Skyline conference question? How is it split Topic

I have a few friends and we are thinking of joining an abandon conference. We are looking at DIII Skyline. Can someone with a team please list how the teams are split into each division? We want to make sure we balance things out.

The two SUNYs, St. Mary, St. Vincent, Centenary, and Manhattanville are in the East. Stevens, USMM, Hilbert, Old W., Yeshiva, and St. Joseph are in the West.
