D3 ineligible Topic

I've never signed an ineligible guy but I seem to be getting closer and closer and should clarify so as not to handicap myself. I know I read (a loooong time ago) that at the D3 level, ineligibles sign and play no problem, they're just dunces. Is that correct?

Correct. A good d3 recruiting strategy is to pulldown d2 ineligibles. Good luck
