I haven't played in awhile, and was wondering if it's normal for me to see the potentials of the players on my old D1 team in Phelan when I'm looking for a job? I've never seen this before and was just wondering if it's normal?

If you're no longer coaching in a world you can still see the potentials of the players on your most recently coached team. Same thing for me in two worlds I'm no longer in, and others have said the same.

Yep, normal in my experience. It's probably 20+ seasons since I coached in Tark and I can still see Shenandoah's ratings.

Which comes in handy should I ever decide to return to my old team in that world.
