$42 Mil, here are the rules:

(1) Load the 1967-68 Anaheim Amigos
(2) Delete Willis Thomas and Bill Garner
(3) Use the remaining $10,654,625 on 2 players to take your Amigos to the Championship

Pretty simple. I think it would be fun with a lot of parity. There's also way more minutes than necessary for everyone so a lot of fun could come out of working the Amigos minutes into a winning rotation with your 2 inserts.
