I've opened a ticket.  But I assume I'm not the only person experiencing problems this morning, as I've had it on two different computers (home and work) across three different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox).

I sent them a ticket early this morning.  I'm expecting a response asking me to clear my cookies.

Did you mean "I sent them a ticket early this morning.  I'm expecting a response, sometime within the next 7 days, asking me to clear my cookies"?
