So Spin off idea......take the 55-56 through 66-67 MVPs and each one gets drafted twice and gets put into different conferences? Then next time move to the next 12 years?

for the question above; I think it would only work if the salary cap was lower than 50 million, much lower. Probably around 42 million, especially for the early teams.

46m is less than an open league (if you figure in the value of the rookies) I wouldn't be up for that - 47-48 on the other hand? maybe
