You can call on any cycle.

It's not necessary in terms of making them a backup.  But if you want to wait for them to drop you might as well call the first cycle so you hear as soon as they drop.  And if you're gonna pull them down, the call just confirms they are capable of being pulled down so you don't waste money.  So their are advantages.

That is why I want a button that can be set, prior to the first cycle, that will send a coach call to every player on your recruiting summary.

Here's the idea: Check the box.  At 6 pm EST, the start of recruiting, all recruits listed on your recruit summary would be assigned a coach call and the box/button would be disabled until rollover at the end of the season.   The coach call would still be processed at 8 pm and, if you did check in before 8 pm to add additional actions, then it should just indicate as though you had already gone through the arduous, inane process of checking through all the windows to check the several boxes just to assign coach calls to each player on your list.  Simple.

Anyone else find themselves checking in at 7:55 ******-off, trying to click through whole list of players just trying to get coach calls to pulldown/dropdown targets?  Can I get a witness?!

I'd like to be able to load any recruiting effort during - say - the six hours prior to the first cycle.  No action happens until that 2 hour cycle, but it would be much better for users if there were a wider window to pre-load any action

Amen, brother!

Shouldn't be that hard to add one small variation to it - "Send (coach call, player call, visit, etc. - dropdown menu) to (all recruits, high priority, medium, low - dropdown menu).  So - say you've made all your same-division recruits medium priority, and all your upper-division recruits low priority, you can quickly send calls to *just* your potential drop- or pull-downs.

You'd probably want a summary/confirmation screen before the actions are submitted.
