stupid question - practice Topic

I guess I should know this but I never give it much thought before. Is there only 1 practice per day (or half day in 2 a day worlds)? By putting 15 minutes into offense and defense that's 15 per day (trying to project growth off Iguana's IQ practice chart and realized I wasn't actually 100% sure on this answer...)

I believe it's once a day for the daily worlds. I'm not sure about the 2-a-day worlds

If it works like skills, and it should, it's twice a day for 2/games worlds.
