I wasn't the best recruiter at DI, but I think
my teams always overperformed for their skill level, so I'll give this a go.
First off, I wouldn't go as far as to say your team "sucks". A better way to phrase it would be that they're underperforming. I say this because you have only one "bad" loss and you've been competitive against several NT teams, including teams whose strengths exploited your team's weaknesses.
My first change would be at point guard. Did you guarantee a start for both of those freshman guards in the starting lineup? Because Fleming should be starting and seeing 27+ MPG at point guard.
Otherwise, your team is devoid of ball handling and passing ability across the board. For this reason, I would be starting Zigomalas at the 2 and have the two freshman guards backing up he and Fleming. This will cut down on turnovers, create better looks for Chiodo and Thornton, and give you a bigger edge in the rebounding department.
Those changes alone should make a huge difference. I think seven wins in your remaining conference games is achievable, if not likely, should you make those changes.
