I need a replacement owners for the California and Atlanta franchises in this single season progressive entering season 4, the 1980 season.

Maxiumum 22 keepers before every draft. There is an AAA draft of real life players at the end of the regular draft. Only RL AAA can play.

Rosters listed are before any cuts by the new owners. Ask any questions.
