Has anybody ever done it? I have a pretty unique opportunity where I can start giving out redshirts to every freshman. After 4 recruiting cycles I'll end up with 3 redshirt players at every year. I'll have to go one season without recruiting, which is kind of a bummer.
The team will have 9 players that have developed up to their Junior year skill set and IQs.
A few issues I see coming up are the fact that I'll be playing with a bench of 4 players. But my guards going forward will have 97, 99, 99 stamina. So i really only need 3 there and then a starter/backup at each other position. Am I risking too much with foul trouble games?
What about those redshirt Sophomores? The year when i have 6 juniors and seniors, they are all going to be backups. Do they complain about playing time like they are a Junior, expecting more minutes, or alike a sophomore where they are fine with 8 or 9.
any other problems I don't see?
