Value what assistants say in their scouting about the potential of a kid to be an AA, solid player, etc?

100% assistants word is gold.... He says AA i say start him even if he sucks.... Jk i have no word in this but found the lack of input entertaining....

Honest response is I'll use the assistants input as validation, if I think a guy is going to be a stud, i'll look for them to say AA, if I think he'll be solid or less I look for that type of response, If I'm off sometimes i re-evaluate but other times I dont care....

This is why you should put no thought into the assistants response.  If you know what you're doing, and you know he's a stud, don't second guess yourself because of a message.  And if the player isn't great, don't take him because of the message.

The message never effects the end game for me, I just use it occasionally for validation, looking at a FSS report of a guy that looks ready to be a 1st team national AA I'm hoping my assistant reciprocrates that... If he doesn't well it really doesn't matter i said but its good to see the game say it back to me so my star glazed eyes aren't invalid...
