looks like the 2 best schools in d3 might be colorado college and palm beach atlantic. do the numbers support that? i think there was a thread recently that gave the cross world numbers for all teams.

I think it depends on what the D2 landscape in CO looks like in any given world, but yeah. those two pretty much have whole states to themselves.  

ETA:  WV can be a good gig too, 1 D3 school and 14 D2's.  AL has 1 D3 and 6 D2's.  Also, NE has 1 and 4 D2's.

There are a couple of state in D2 that just have one school as well.

I don't see Juniata, or the conference mates in the commonwealth.. Moravian looks blank, Pitt, Greenburg,  Penn State- Altoona.  Not sure if that is just me
