Point range increase for regular high potential? Topic

I know a lot of things come into development. What do most of you guys expect from a guy with 20-25 in Perimeter and WE of 70+? And the Perimeter skill is not list in the scouting report. Could I count on 25-30 points? Maybe more?

Thanks

if you know the potential is high on FSS, its 21+. low high is 21-27 and high high is 28+, if you had gotten the scouting report. its hard to say without, lp and per work differently than the other ratings. most other ratings couldn't go from 20 to 100, but lp and per can. you could see anything from +21 to +80. obviously, its most likely on the lower end there, 25-30 is a pretty reasonable thought, but there's also the outside chance the guy ends up at 80-100.

key first factor is his potential as shown in FSS - you didnt mention that in original post.  For any normal WE level, the potential is key variable - more so than WE

second note - just because one scouting report says nothing about it, doesnt mean another would  - of course, there is a cost to a second scouting report that you may not want to pay

as gil noted, key is potential
