Do SIMAI's recruit differently at D1?

I was under the impression that SIM's only put effort in on Day 1 (before humans can) and on the last day.

Two things have happened this recruiting period in Rupp that have made me reevaluate that assumption.

1. Minnesota, made a guy consider them on Day 3. I went to bed after signings with a guy undecided, and when I woke up he was considering the SIMAI Gophers.

2. George Washington has five open slots, now has 2 guys signed and four guys considering them. I am reasonably certain that 3 of those guys showed up after signings.

Does SIMAI put in effort after signings?

Yes.  Particularly if they lose battles to other teams for previous recruits.  They move on to another guy a lot of times.
