Try something new!

Do you like high scoring games?  Then this league is for you.  My hope is that it plays out a lot like slow pitch softball with typical run totals 10-30 per team per game.

The basics are $60M with 6/0 below average AAA and no trades or WW. Special rules: $1.5M cap on any individual pitcher.  All position players must have a C fielding rating or less at all positions. Range, however, is open.  Any park with a +1 or higher hits (1B) factor may be used. League will be alternate WIS Format B: 16/4 balanced without interleague play.  I'll contact tech support so that the top 2 in each league go to the playoffs.
