I know I don't have any sort of name recognition besides my high amount of forum questions(I'm working on getting better)

I was thinking of joining Phelan, but would like to see if anyone not in or already in Phelan would be interested in joining a conference with me.  I don't have anyone idea of which conference(chance of rebuild for most coaches would be pretty high), but would like to stay D3 in Phelan for a while
