I could use some help here.

http://www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx?pid=5339027 has three years in.  

Should I sign him long term now and hope he resigns after 5 years, go through arb for a season then long term or go through arb twice then sign him long term at year 5 of service?

You should go arbitration this year and next year - then sign him to a 5 year deal (no option).  Guys a beast.
