Fastbreak against a slowdown? Topic

I'm new at running the fastbreak. My team averages around 50-60 shots a game. I've had two coaches run slowdown against me and I was limited in the 40's and got beat bad.

Is there a way to off set this? Run uptempo?

a good fb team should always run up-tempo in my opinion..perhaps tinkering with defense settings would help against some teams :)
