Recruiting Budget Disappeared Topic

Can anyone explain why my left over $6000 recruiting budget would have been wiped away? I have 1 season remaining, I left 1 open scholarship. This is very curious to me, the extra money it wont affect my recruiting much but I would be interested in any theories

You only carryover money if you fill all your scholarships and then it's only 25% of what you have left.
