Any suggestions on using this feature. I tried for the first time with an upcoming draft and found that it works for finding lower level players.

As much as it's worth.

If you want to use that formula in a useful manner, you have to be an HBD nerd....like me.  Although I don't use it as much anymore because I spot things better than I used to, I used to do it for pitcher only then generate a list and save to Excel.  Did the same thing for position players.  Then I'd merge the lists, manually rank the top whatever number of players were worth ranking and use the rank feature in the draft.  If  you rely on formula exclusively, you could learn really quickly not to......
