So, maybe this was known to others and it's just new to me, but I think there must be a built in "level up" in likelihood of leaving at the 900 rating point. 

My back-up SF, Cesar Martin, just ticked over into the 900s and shot from "Likely Staying" to "On the Fence". He hasn't had any huge games, and hasn't had an increase in stats/minutes, so I can only assume that part of the Draft Big Board logic has to solely do with Ratings rather than perfomance (which it probably should), but that 900 rating mark seems to be one of them. 

I'd be curious to know if others have experienced the same, or maybe I'm missing something.

I have had players over 900 who graduated and weren't drafted. It depends on the cores if he gets taken early or at all.

I think the spot on the board determines his intention (likely staying, on the fence, etc.).  This guy is a So.  so he probably went to 30 or below on the board to move to On the fence.  If he gets to top 15 then he will go to likely going.  

He did, much to my chagrin, just make 15 and is now "Likely Going".

the likely staying or on the fence is just a function of where you are on the board. likely, when your guy ticket up, he jumped a spot or two on the board too, and that is all you are seeing. i really doubt anything special is built in at 900.
