Besides Williams and Schneidmiller, you don't have much of a scoring threat. Trying to find a balance of scorers rather than one or two guys may make your team more efficient which I feel like helps when you get to the NT and every team can defend at every position. I got my first NT win this year (1-4) and I think it's partly due to having the balanced offense we had this year. My top 7 offensive players all shot in the high 40%'s or low 50%'s this year and I really think it helps keep your team consistent by avoiding one players bad game effecting the team.
I run the triangle that team which I'm sure accounts for some of the shooting percentage, however on my alternate team (4th season yet to make NT) which runs a motion we have 8/10 players shooting 50%, and the team is off to a good start, so for me I would say get a lot of good scorers, spread the ball, make your team tough to defend.
