I may be over thinking here but I am concerned that I am not maximizing my teams talent. In games where I favored by huge margins, I am winning by less than 10. Who would you start and why? Thanks!

I like

PG- Royals McClosker
SG- Harvey Johns
SF- Innocent Hill
PF/C Ford and Lai, in some order, backed up by Blout and Morgan

Thoughts:
you play Hill at backup PG. This may be my prejudice, but I don't like to play freshmen at PG

You start Royals and McClosker. Their defense ratings are too low to be on the floor simultaneously

You start Morgan over Lai. I like Lai's better ATH and REB

You play uptempo. You have too many players at low stamina...I'd use normal tempo

Harvey, Johns, and McCoskey are hitting a good % of their 3's, but they're not attempting very many. If you have them at -1, I'd change it to '0'

Great feedback. Thank you very much. I am finding that Harvey's DEFand PER are balanced out by his lack of speed and his lower P/BH skills. He has actually improved as a scoring threat off the bench. I have never tried Lai as a starter because of his lack of stamina. Thoughts?

Yes, Lai's stamina is low but I still prefer him over Morgan.   I'd start Lai and let Morgan relieve him when he is fairly tired. 

You may be right about Harvey...it's a close call

Royals is your best BH followed by McCosker so PG looks good
Lai is best rebounder followed by Ford
Ford is your LP offense, stick him at PF and Lai at C
I don't necessarily have a problem with innocent at SG as he's your best defender but..
How about put Innocent at SF and utilize is higher LP rating and put Harvey at SG for PER?
