OK we need one more owner for 1923 Single Season Progressive.

New York has the 4th Pick in each round.

We are a 12 team league with two 6 team divisions; division winners play for WS title.  There is no DH (its the 20's!), but with interleague play, trades encouraged and no waiver wire.  Officially we allow 6 below average AAA players to round out rosters but once we have enough player pool in a season then we'll have a AAA draft.  The goal is to have a fast turnover between seasons, though this has been held up by some owner attrition.  With 12 strong owners we should whip through the 20's in no time!
