I've noticed that IFA's older than 18 dont progress as well as drafted college players do..  

I'm currently bidding on this 19yr old R/R hitter.. We're less than 20 games into the season.. Do you think he wil hit close to these Projections?? Should I dump $22M on him?  I already have 4-5 really good bats in my minors that are 1-2 seasons from ML.. I ahve no pitchers in my minors that are of much worth..

IFA scouting is 18M

It all look reasonable except for range.   15 is a lot. 

I would go for it.  No guarantee you see a great pitcher worth spending on.

And even if it's 80-82 range, I might play him at SS anyway, or he's a GG 3B/2B.

Just checked three of my teams.    About 15-16 players over 80 range.   2 gained 11, 2 gained 10 but most were 7-8.    I'd ask myself what I'd do with him if his range was 78.   Then decide.

Range 78 is 3B, he was never going to be a SS, I usually won't go with guys under 88 is at range and glove..

Thanks for feedback.. As it stands I'm NOT leading on him.. The only team that can outbid me has the #2 pick and right now I have him bid to the point where he won't be able to make an offer on his draft pick.. I might let him sign there just t screw him out of pick..
