Another Idea involving clones:

Pretty simple. With a catch.  You must have at least one cloned player on your roster.  You can have as many clones on your roster as you'd like, but the catch is, no particular set of clones may exceed 3969 total mins, (approx 48.4 mins/game). 

I open to cap suggestions, but I am thinking $48-51 Million.
