Back in the day sim ai used to play way better than their ratings to make up for their horrible recruiting, so when a human coach left the sim ai would do really well.
Then they changed it so sim ai would recruit WAY better and then play awful so there would be really stacked D3/D2 sim teams.
This was before potential though.
tanner, ill admit my memory is not the best... but i dont remember this.
ive always thought sims were easy to recruit against and easy to play against (relative to human)
do you recall how they made the sim teams play better than thier ratings?
was this just something that you noticed?
or was it a known fact that the game engine somehow compensated for simcoaching?
what point in time were there really stacked sim teams in d2/d3?
i just dont remember it.
