I'm sitting at a B in reputation and C in loyalty.

I promised 2 players minutes this season and met both while making the NC game.  I assume this will increase my reputation, but exactly when will it?  At the beginning of next season or before the job change period?

I was looking to move back up to D2 after dropping down for this season.  Will my reputation/loyalty stop me from even being able to take a low prestige D2 school over even if no one else applies?
