send calls (most people prefer coach calls - I still call the kid coz I don't really know why). Either that or take a chance. There is no other way to know exactly where the line is I don't think (then again, if its like other things, there probably is a line, but it also probably depends on exactly where your prestige falls which is something that we do not know precisely making this prediction more difficult I suppose...so I just call...)
