is there a set timeline to the job hirings period?  it seems like there are no hiriings for most of the first day.  is there an exact time when hrings start?

There are no hirings the first day, they start on the first cycle of Day 2 (the late night one, around 2:00-2:45 am for me).

midnight Mt is first cycle then its like recruiting unless there are multiple applicants, i had a job take about 7-8 cycles after first cycle

And, if you apply after the first day, it usually takes a few cycles, like 5-6 before you get hired
