The Omega Regressive League is preparing for its 22nd season. We are a two-year regressive league, you pick the best season for your players between 1966 and 1967....then next year we play the 1964-65 seasons, then 1962-63 etc. We will be going back past 1966. We have two franchises availables, one is ready to win right now, the other is a rebuild project.

These are the returning players for these two squads. The Giants will need 6 or 7 players in the upcoming draft, depending upon if Blanda will serve double duty, he doesn't have to. The Chargers will need 10. Of course you can also cut any players or team units you don't want to hang on to.
The Giants are ready to win the Super Bowl this year, if they can get a QB....They have the #1 Offensive Line, Dick Butkus leads the #3 Defense, they are incredibly deep at RB, WR, TE and also own the #2 pick in the upcoming draft.....A choice needs to be made with Blanda. In '66 he can start at QB, but throws TOO many picks, he is also the 18th best kicker. In '67 he's a backup QB but is the #4 kicker. You should be able to land someone to call signals with either the draft pick, or a trade with some of the overkill in depth......
The Chargers are a rebuild, the defense is horrible and retired after the season, not much avilable for '66-'67....there will be at least 2 good defenses on the draft board in '64-'65 (The Raiders and Patriots will have extra units available to accommodate all 24 teams.) The O-Line will be legendary for the rest of the decade, and they have 1 good QB, 1 good RB and 1 good WR. San Diego will draft 10th.
