81 rebounding (+10)
35 defense (+9)
82 shotblock (+8)
72 low post (+17)

If i apply for the job and get it can I offer or is he gone?

No you can't offer them a scholarship, the season will roll over and they will be gone.  The reasoning is that SIMs have better quality walkons than the ones generated for human coaches.  At least that's what I read on the forums once, and made sense to me.
