During recruiting I had 9 scholarships open so I was looking for seniors I could sign for cheap. I signed Garret Fowler and promised him a start. The season is almost over and he has improved 2 in WE, but I have not started him a single game. He has also not complained. Has anyone else ever have this happen to them? Are seniors programmed not to complain when they are promised a start? Maybe he is happy just to get playing time.

Its is probably a type of glitch.   He cannot transfer so there is probably no point in generating complaint emails.

Yeah. When It's a glitch. I did the same and the senior made sure I knew he was unhappy. I always try to redshirt or not play someone I promised a start, but I never succeed. I always end up respecting my word.

I know I have done that  before.....I definitely promised a start to a SR., didn't start him and didn't have him complain.
