Tark Northern Sun D2 has multiple good spots open.  7 to be exact.  6 are in good situations to be rebuilt very quickly.

Bemidji St, has 7 scholarships (5,1,3,3) had 2 walkons

Minn, Duluth has 1 scholarship but a good class structure in (1,5,1,5)

Northern St. has 5 (4,3,1,4) 1 walkon

SW Minnesota St. has 4 (2,0,4,6) 2 walkons  

Winona st. has 4 and a  great class structure in place! (4,4,2,2)

Minn, Crookston has 4 (4,4,0,4) 1 ineligible

I myself just joined the conf at Wheeling Jesuit.

as you can see there are multiple teams that can be built up quickly do to great  class structure for incoming coaches!  hopefully this encourages some people to move to the Northern Sun conference and coach with us and make this a really good, active conf.
