Question - Recruiting - No Consideration Topic

So I ran out of recruiting budget and have a recruit that I extended a scholarship to but he's undecided (not considering any schools right now, including mine). Do I have a 0% chance of landing him if he's not considering me yet, even if no other user doesn't recruit him? Or will the sim teams pick him up after recruiting?

Just trying to understand if it's over for my recruiting this time around or if there's a long shot that he might sign with my school at the eleventh hour because he has no other options.

He might sign.   Did you offer more than a scholarship?   Kids won't sign with only a scholarship.

All I offered him was phone calls (so no HV or CV). It was a last ditch effort with what money I had when I lost out in a recruiting battle for another recruit.

I realize now from reading some other posts that I should have spent the remaining money on guaranteed minutes which would give me a better chance.

How many phone calls?

Nine (9) phone calls in total. Plus the scholarship. That's it.

It's possible, just very unlikely.

I thought u had to have "face time" (visit or scout) ....  or maybe thats just gridiron dynasty

no requirement of face time in HD

Well I didn't get him. Oh well.

Don't worry about not offering minutes - it would have been a waste of $10.  Recruits won't accept minutes promises unless they're already considering you.
