You're obviously new to the NBA SIM. The only option for League size is 24 teams. This has killed uncountable Theme Leagues over the years, but WIS refuses to make the small change need to handle different size Leagues.

I'm into the idea, though.  Would it work if you allowed up to three iterations of each franchise?
