Are you sure he's tapped out? Topic

I have a senior who's gotten the tapped out message in everything. So, I went back to see if he had dropped any points in a category where I'd taken his minutes down to 5.

I see he's 35 in LP but was 36 his sophomore year when I first got the message. So yesterday, I bump him to 8 minutes. Today, I get the tapped out message again, and he's still at only 35.

I had always thought tapped out meant absolutamente no más, but maybe not? Obviously, he's not at his absolute LP max right now.

The message means there's "like" one point left.

Interesting. Thanks, Joe.

I tend to wait a game or two to bring their practice down just to make sure that "like" a point is accounted for and hopefully stays

Yeah, there's a fractional point remaining, so he might be at 35.96 or something now when his "cap" is 36.07...you get the message because you're within 'x' of max potential, but won't see the 36 until it bumps those last few decimal places worth of points.
