Your scoring options aren't exactly top-notch, but it can be sorted out. As TJ says, Whipple should be your #1 option. In the absence of a true SPD/PER/BH combination, he's at least kind of got two of the three.
You've got a #2 - #5 that you might as well mess with. Low has two of the three attributes mentioned above, but is missing the best one to have, the PER. He's got a little SPD and BH though, and with a B- FT he won't kill you at the line, so he can have some distro at -2. Stewart doesn't have the ATH to be a big threat, but you gotta start somewhere, and that somewhere is that 72 LP.
Hardy is in that 2nd-tier mix too. I'd give him the roughly the same distro as Low and Stewart and see how they do. In the absence of real scoring threats, you have to at least kick the tires on that 80 ATH. You might as well also give the ball to Smith, about the same amount, maybe a little less. He's turrible slow, but he's got a good ATH and a B FT.
It's not gonna be good, but you can maybe cobble together a little scoring there.
