I had one that went unresponded to for over 4 months. Just recently it was deleted altogether by WIS w/o being answered.

Anyone else have any recent problems getting tickets answered?

Very very poor way to treat a loyal customer WIS.

It depends on what the ticket is about. Routine tickets are resolved quickly. Non routine tickets may languish for weeks or months.

I went back and forth with them over a topic recently, but I think it was two or three different guys because the writing style and questions were different each time. I asked for clarification in my most recent ticket (a couple of weeks ago) and it has just been sitting there. But I know what I'm asking about is low on their priority list too.

Just finished up another merger and tickets were submitted on 1/27. They responded the next day with " This request has been forwarded up and we'll proceed with it soon."

So that's over three weeks now without a word.

Before this merger, the longest I have ever seen them take was 3 weeks but part of that time was over the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend of '13.
