We would need to know the potential of the players in order to judge how well you recruited.

Can you evaluate them one by one? Here is the first one....

Edmond Urich:
Ath: Low                       Per: High
Speed: Low                 BH: Low
Reb :High                    Pass: Avg
Def: High                      Dur: High
Blk: Avg                        Stam:Avg
LP: High                       FT: Low

Urich is very good......if you can start him as a freshman to get his WE you have a stud...50 ATH,80 REB, 70 DEF, 60+LP is very good.....his BLOCK is low (40) but at that point I am just looking for  a flaw.....I would take him in a heart beat on almost any of my D3 teams

For recruiting with a C- the first two recruits are a good start. Urich, like Trentonjoe said, has the potential to be a very good D-3 C. You are going to need to start him his whole career if you want him to max out his potential. William will be as good as his highs will take him, if they are low-high potential he will be a role player, but if he has high-highs he could be a decent player.

William isn't as good but still a decent player....looks like most the Guard Cores (SPD, DEF, BH, ATH, PASS) will be in the 50's with a low 70 PER....if some of those blues are 30+ blues you will be in good shape but worst case scenario he is a pretty solid player as a JR/SR.

Good job Nateowns! Welcome to Allen! It's fun to see new owners.

Thanks guys. The other two players aren't as good but I was really excited about these two!

If I were you, I would try to redshirt this guy, then play him as a starter x 4 years.  with a 20 WE it will be a slow growth, but the good news is his starting ratings are decent to contribute right away as a rebounder and be serviceable on defense.  Also, I would not invest any practice time in Per, BH or pass.  Maximize the Reb, Def, Ath, LP.  I'd probably start with little in LP as well until the other attributes are higher.
