Diminshing Returns on Study Hall? Topic

I currently have an ineligible on my roster. I started him out with 25 mins of study hall time and he finished the first semester with a GPA of 3.0. So I kept his study hall time the same for the next semester. Now I get his mid-term grades for the second semester and he's at a 2.1. What gives? Should I increase his study hall time to 30? Keep at 25? Or is he possibly studying too much (sounds stupid I know) and I should drop him to 20? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

maybe the player is just stupid. those are the #'s i've used on ineligibles, or more. you may want to open a ticket, it shouldn't go down...i wouldn't think his brain would get tired.

He's ineligible?  Just put all his minutes into study hall.  You're not improving anything else.

If he started the season as ineligible, he can not practice with the team at all .. you need to put all minutes into study hall, as nothing else will ever go up at all.

If he started the season eligible and became ineligible later, he can still grow in other attributes.  So unless he became ineligible mid stream, put all minutes in study hall/

Yeah, I guess I should have done that from the beginning. First ineligible I recruited. Appreciate the input.

for ineligible recruits, nothing matters in practice, even study hall, per game admin. but we all put it into SH anyway bc nobody is really sure if they should believe him and there is no downside to it. but dont gague study hall workings off ineligible guys, thats for sure (freshman who came in ineligible i mean - other ineligibles DO practice with the etam so all practice categories matter)
