My stud DH was injured a few days before the end of the season.

The best option I have to replace him is a High A player not currently on my 40 man.

Is there any way I can add the non-40 man player to my big league and playoff roster due to injury?

No, players have to be on your 40 before roster expansion in order to be on your playoff roster.
