We have two vacancies in the Big 12 in Phelan. The conference is usually full, and is always one of the top conferences, earning a lot of money for the schools for recruiting. This year we were #3, but typically we are one of the top 2.

Kansas State and Iowa State are the two teams that are open, and both have had human coaches for a long time, so they are not rebuilds. Iowa State in particular is on the rise after making the NT last year. It's also a great group of coaches that get along well, with a fairly active conference board.
