So my brother is looking over my shoulder at the computer while I'm recruiting and sees the name of the player (who I just signed) and busts out laughing. The amazing thing is he had to point it out to me WHY he was laughing and then when he did I started laughing too.

This one is a bit more subtle but I think: Andrew Seeman from Clinton, Arkansas is kinda funny.  Not just because of his name but also the location.  Put it all together - subtle joke.  And he's Ineligible. Doesn't compare to the others on this list though.
