Doesn't matter if he's still injured.   You can play a guy at 0% fatigue if you so choose.   But you can't play an injured player even if he's at 100%.

Nevermind.  You're in the wrong forum.   No idea how it works with Hoops Dynasty.   But I still bet you can't play an injured player.
