I got a question on recruiting higher Div player. I got a response that says he might consider me if is A list schools fall through. Does that mean I can pull him down? Or do I need to wait till he drops?

llamanunts I worded the question wrong. I guess my question should have been if that message was a pulldown/dropdown. I always see people saying if you get the "you a back-up option" but never seen any comments on the "if my a list schools don't pan out". So I understand it now thanks.
