Just to be clear, you likely won't end up with the big 3 players you select due to randomization? Is the coach strictly for purposes of selecting units?

All four categories will be randomized so it's unlikely you'll get a player or coach you picked. And yes, the coach is strictly for o-line, defense and special teams. I'll update the lists this weekend.

Obviously you're content with the same old draft leagues with the same old selection of players. Most of the traditional sim footballers on this site don't want a challenge of having to build a team around 3 players they can't choose. The randomization is to make the drafting of your team a challenge and not use the same players you'd always choose.

You misinterpreted my tone.
To me it sounded like he didnt know that the coach was also randomized, which is why I said there was no strategy involved in picking a good one.
